2. Make broad marketing goals and then check in quarterly.

3. Time block for batch activities or recurring tasks.

4. Have pre-stuffed listing/buyer packets prepped.

5. Have a designated notebook or place that you ALWAYS put your misc notes and to-dos so you know where your notes are at all times.
