Hey, I'm Alex! I was born into a huge Colombian family and raised in Los Angeles. Instead of going to college, I attended the school of life and, boy, do I have the stories to back it up. I've worked just about every sales job you can think of and yes, that includes telemarketing AND door knocking. In 2014 I relocated to the East Coast. I currently live in Alexandria, VA just minutes away from Washington DC. I am the single mom to a beautiful and energetic 4 year old boy named Eddie.

I became a REALTOR in 2016 and met my co host Alison in my first rookie training that year. I am currently licensed in Virginia and DC with plans to have my Maryland license very soon.

I value relationships over everything and am always down for a good heart to heart. I love cooking, watching movies, talking philosophy and salsa dancing.

Hi, I’m Alison! I was raised in Yorktown, VA and attended George Mason University, where I obtained a B.S. in Marketing and Event Management/Tourism. After graduation and marrying my high school sweetheart, Josh, we relocated back to Coastal Virginia to begin our lives together. We bought our fixer upper cape cod in 2013 and have tackled DIY projects room-by-room ever since. In 2021, we welcomed our son Benjamin after battling 7 years of infertility.

I became a REALTOR in 2016, after a 10 year career in the wedding industry doing everything from catering to event rentals.

On a personal note, I love a good Sunday brunch, spending time with our pups Otis and Ulysses, Hamilton: The Musical, paper planners and trying new local craft brews! I have an unhealthy obsession with the Green Bay Packers (GO PACK GO!), yellow front doors, and beautiful vintage wallpaper (DON'T TEAR IT OUT).
