I will be on vacation from May 11-May 19th. SUPPORT PERSON will be watching my active clients and in-person needs and TRANSACTION COORDINATOR/SUPPORT PERSON will be handling all pending transaction paperwork. I will be accessible if needed, but may be slower in response time.

This is closing on Monday at 1pm at TITLE COMPANY NAME. SUPPORT PERSON NAME, can you please get the keys out of the lockbox (contractor box code: xxxx) and take to TITLE COMPANY NAME along with gift. (Will be on my desk) I am double checking on if they would like to do a final walk through-- house is as-is. If so, I will contact SUPPORT PERSON and get that arranged.

VPAR & Contractor box on house - code is xxxx Termite & Moisture company is going out on Monday to re-inspect to verify their findings on first inspection. Once PICRA is ratified, I will forward to SUPPORT PERSON.

EMD is mailed and seller has all of the docs to sign at the moment. We are not ratified yet so this is likely to be Monday ratification. Home inspection scheduled with INSPECTOR NAME from INSPECTION COMPANY NAME for 5/20 at 1pm once I return. We are to order termite and moisture through TERMITE INSPECTOR NAME. SUPPORT PERSON NAME, can you schedule that for the same time/date or close to it? It is also vacant on lockbox, so if you and Sally want to coordinate a time for that with Josh earlier, that works too!
Client Info HERE - still looking in Williamsburg/Upper YC - SUPPORT PERSON, I have sent their contact info to your cell phone so you have it just in case! (I doubt they will need to see anything unless it is THE house)

EVERYONE finds the house they want to buy while their agent is away! :) I am emailing to let you know I will be out of town from May 15-May 23rd. So, it's inevitable the perfect house is going to pop up then π
While I am away, my great friend and co-worker SUPPORT PERSON will be handling all of the in-person things that need to happen while I am away. If she can't show a house due to her schedule, she will help find someone in our office that can, and I am accessible if offers need to be written (EDIT THAT SENTENCE TO BE ACCURATE FOR YOUR TRUE AVAILABILITY). Hey guys,
I wanted to give you a heads up that I will be out of town with little to no access to cell service from November 25-December 3. My officemate SUPPORT PERSON will be taking care of you while I am gone. I am hoping that the second I go out of town you guys get an offer because that's just how it works in real estate sometimes!
The agent instructions in the listing have been changed to let Sally know when folks are going for showings and any offers during those days are to be sent to her. π She has all of your contact info and she is copied here if you need her!
