Richard Calderon
realtor
I was born and raised in California and made my first move to Virginia when I joined the military. I was an AD (Jet Engine Mechanic) and Air crewmen on the H-3 Sea King Helicopter. After the military, I moved back to California and worked for a public agency that provided rental assistance, developed, and managed affordable housing.
That’s where I received my first taste of real estate and a love for helping families find a place to call home. I made my way back to Virginia in 2008 and continued in Property Management. I worked my way from a Leasing Consultant to a Property Manager once more and managed a few Communities here locally.
I am now solely working as YOUR Local Resource Realtor®
In my spare time I enjoy shopping at our local farmers market with my wife Sharon and heading to the Chesapeake dog park with our dog Roxy. You can also find me at a local pond, lake or on the bay fishing.
